Somerset invests in undervalued assets where we see potential to turn a property around and realize significant value appreciation. We specialize in repositioning and redeveloping commercial and multi-family assets by upgrading the properties and improving operations in order to grow cash flow and increase value. We acquire and develop properties as wholly-owned investments, or in joint ventures with capital partners.
