Somerset Properties is a full service commercial real estate company. Our senior managers have spent their entire careers in the hands-on business of managing, developing, and repositioning commercial real estate.
Our principals each have over twenty years of commercial real estate experience. We have lived through multiple business cycles and have extensive property turnaround experience. Our company is fully staffed with experienced property management, accounting, marketing, and support personnel. We have the people, systems, reporting, and controls to deliver first class service and superior results to our clients.
Our Management Team
Anthony N. Brady
Principal and President
Mr. Brady is the founder of Somerset Properties, and has been a commercial real estate specialist for thirty years. During his career he has been responsible for acquiring, developing, managing, and financing millions of square feet of investment properties. Under his leadership, Somerset Properties has become a full-service real estate investment company with expertise in all facets of owning, operating, and managing commercial real estate.
Prior to forming Somerset Properties, Mr. Brady was President of Penn Square Properties for ten years where he oversaw the acquisition, development, and management of more than three million square feet of commercial real estate including two award-winning redevelopment projects totaling over $150 million. Before his involvement with Penn Square Properties he was in the investment division of Smithy Braedon where he placed more than $100 million in mortgage financing. Mr. Brady started his real estate career in Washington, D.C. in 1980 with Interstate General Corporation where he managed and developed over 3,000 apartment units, a 140,000 square foot regional shopping center, and 120 residential townhouse units.
Mr. Brady has held leadership positions in a number of community and civic organizations. He served 7 years on the board of Springside School where he chaired the Building and Grounds Committee that oversaw $25 million in new facilities construction. Most recently he served as president of Sunnybrook Golf Club where during his term he oversaw the $5 million dollar renovation of the club’s golf course and clubhouse facility.
Mr. Brady holds a B.S. from Middlebury College, and is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania.
Dennis M. Campbell
Principal and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Campbell is a senior level real estate executive with over 25 years of diversified financial and operational experience in office, industrial, multifamily and recreational real estate development. He oversees all of Somerset’s financing activities, asset management, consulting, and reporting and has a proven track record of improving financial and operating efficiencies and dropping value to the bottom line.
Prior to joining Somerset Properties Mr. Campbell was CFO and Director of Corporate Development at Pitcairn Properties, Vice President of Acquisitions at The Nichols Company, Tax Director at The Linpro Company and Controller & Treasurer of Linpro Specified Properties. He has been involved in a wide variety of commercial real estate projects throughout the United States. Mr. Campbell began his career in public accounting in 1980 and was a Senior Tax Consultant with Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Campbell holds a B.S. from Philadelphia University, and has completed significant advanced coursework in civil engineering and real estate law at Villanova and Drexel Universities. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mark White
Principal and Chief Investment Officer
During his 20 + years in the commercial real estate business Mr. White has been extensively involved in acquisitions, development, management, finance, and loan workouts. He has completed transactions valued at more than $1 billion, including office, industrial, multi-family, retail, and hospitality properties located throughout the United States. He specializes in identifying, underwriting, negotiating, and financing value-added investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Somerset Properties, Mr. White was Senior Vice President with Capmark Investments where he negotiated acquisitions and joint ventures nationally for the firm’s equity real estate program. Before Capmark he was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Urdang, and Vice President at Lend Lease where he spent nine years as an investment officer and loan workout specialist. Mr. White started his career in 1986 with TFW Associates where he oversaw the multi-family property management team, and worked on the firm’s office development projects.
Mr. White holds an M.B.A. from Hofstra University, and a B.S. from Drexel University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania.
